Woke up so happy this morning for multiple reasons ... first of I got a solid 9 hrs sleep 😴 and woke up weighing 58.3kg. I know a lot of that weight that was lost is down to water weight as I sweated one out yesterday during cardio then did a suana and been drinking loads and loads water. I was moaning to my boyfriend the other day about how I was working so hard and not seeing any results and it was really getting me down, but he gave me motivation to keep on going and few days later I'm really starting to see a difference.. ( hello jawline ) and OMGGG the mirena crash is real and it's a bitch!!! It's given me awful acne for the past 2 months, I've been researching like mad on causes and reasons why. I never ever get spots on my forehead and it's looks like a pepperoni pizza recently 😬🍕. I've read up that it can be down to digestion and looking back to last week and week before I was eating a lot of red meat and not enough fibre so this week I've cut out red meat, I've increased my fibre intake, been having lots of organic yogurt to help my gut out and woooooolaaaaaaa my forehead has cleared up. The saying .. " beauty comes from the inside" is so true!!! 😆💅🏽 I've stopped taking my phone into the gym as it bacteria breeding ground & I find most my spots are on my right cheek where I hold my phone. I also realised how much better my workouts have been not having the distraction of my phone! I've been using lavender oil before bed and listening to spa music & stretching out and it litterally makes my head hit the pillow, I'm never able to sleep until after 12 and sleep is so important! Also, lots of sauans to sweat out any gunk and been drinking water help flush out the toxins, which also he'll with the blood flow and i have them in the evening as it also helps me sleep deeper. It's a beautiful day and I'm gonna put on some spf 30 and enjoy the sun with my favourite this weekend before my holiday next week with 👱🏽❤️❤️ .
