For my clients who struggle with reducing their intake when wanting to loose weight I really focus on the education of where calories are coming from......A lot of my clients say they feel like they are eating more than ever whilst loosing weight with me.... simply down to calorie education. Surely a sandwich, an apple and popcorn is more satisfying than one sandwich? Being smart with your calories can help you achieve your goal. Eating well doesn't have to mean eating less. It doesn't have to mean RESTRICTING. It can mean making smart choices and making the most of your calories. Food prep can be a hassle but can help so much when working towards specific goals whether that be weight loss or gain. There are no added ingredients that you are unaware of and you hve complete control of what goes into your meal. At the end of the day if you can't pronounce the ingredients on the packet is it really good for us?

This is simply to remind you how preparing your own food can help you so much when working towards your goals... often shop bought foods have lots of extra unnecessary ingredients and calories in. SHOP BOUGHT - sandwich contains 485 calories however it doesn't seem any bigger than the homemade option... the only difference will be the use of sauces and again INVISIBLE CALORIES.

This is a body. We all have one. And I CHOOSE to love this body. I love it despite what some may see as "flaws". I have stretch marks covering every inch of my upper thighs, hips, stomach and butt. I have loose skin that folds and rolls. I have cellulite and dimples. I have all these things for a reason. The stretch marks are from growing, a natural process. The loose skin was stretched from years and years of being overweight and now that I have lost weight it has lost its elasticity and doesn't not seem to want to recoil back. My cellulite is a result from a complex combination of factors, all science based. There's absolutely no reason to dislike these things on my body. They're here so I just embrace them. Wearing a bikini is something I NEVER thought was possible. I never thought I would have the body for one nor would I ever feel comfortable in one. Well that's definitely changed now. I almost feel my most comfortable when in one. Embracing all of me is empowering. It feels good! I'm proud to walk with a jiggle. Im proud of the muscles that have formed from my hard work. I'm proud yet still humble. It's ok to love all of me without it being vain. In no way shape or form do I think me or my body is better than anybody else's. #selfloveisthebestlove #sundaymorningview
