🌀Set a budget with your money and your calories
🌀 Set goals for the week, the month, the year, and beyond
🌀 Stick to your guns! Don’t quit or give up when it’s hard. When friends wanna pressure to go out and it’s not in your budget say no, when you want a candy bar and you didn’t plan ahead for it say no 🚫
🌀 Plan ahead! Have an emergency 🚨 fund for your wallet and your food. It’s okay to #treatyoself every now and then as long as it is planned
🌀 Self control. Nuff said.
