Shaving inches 1 cardio sesh at a time. I did my first 45 minute ride today!!! Fasted cardio is definitely for me, I feel better doing all of that work with an empty tummy. Now for a great big awesome healthy breakfast! Then the gym for a light leg day. I've also been following my #mytransphormationstartstoday meal plans with #teamfail and I've seen more progress, faster, since I started my daily cardio ritual. Just want to thank @getrickd for giving me some motivation and advice with my diet and cardio. If you don't follow him, you should.
