Up close and personal with my Bacon & Egg sandwich... 2 pieces of low carb bread toasted (I often put extra seeds such as poppy & sesame in my bread)
Bacon & Eggs cooked in a pan or the press toaster.
Butter your toast - add the bacon & eggs (I usually squeeze some cheese in between the bacon & eggs so it half melts) season with salt & pepper.
Add some sugar free BBQ or tomato sauce.
