So while I was waiting for the jalapeños earlier, I also came up with my own little healthy jello snack! It was super super yummy and refreshing and full of collagen! These Collagen jello bites are super simple!
1 packet of Sugar Free black cherry jello
4 scoops of collagen peptides of your choice
1 1/2 cups of hot water
1 cup of almond cashew macadamia nut milk from @traderjoes !
I mixed the packet with the 1 1/2 cups of hot water and the collagen and mixed until dissolved. Then I added the milk and mixed till combined, and put in the fridge until set! Simple!
I usually put my collagen in my coffee but I was looking for alternative ways to add it into things so I came up with these jello bites, thanks to Soraya’s take on the protein jello! You can have a bigger serving if you want but I calculated these into 12 servings because that’s what fit my macros for today! I’ll probably have a few servings tomorrow. Adding powders and proteins to jello is a great way to up your intake of any supplements you might be usuing in powder d form! If you guys are already using Collagen give these a try!
