Started chest day with some incline bench press. Regardless of doing some shoulder exercises first, I still had a decent amount of pain in my shoulder. Despite not going in almost a week to the gym, it was a solid day doing a full body workout. Vid1 - Shoulder must be getting stronger as I had literally no pain in my shoulder doing bench. Vid2&3 - In between each set of bench I did some Bulgarian split squats. Love doing these, really firming up the gluteus maximus. Vid4 - Adding something new into the mix with some sumo squats and deadlifts with kettle bell action. Vid5 - Usually when I do my triceps dips, I follow up with some leg or knee lifts to work the core a bit, but today I tried to mix them together to challenge myself. Definitely doing that combo more often. Really felt the core working a lot more like this. 12 weeks out and 131lbs (I'm 5'5). Start weight at beginning of prep 6 weeks ago was 146lbs. Down 15lbs so far. Weight is coming off very quickly. I have a lot of food and it's really good food, I absolutely love my meal plan. My energy is awesome, being completely sugar free has made this prep very different then my previous ones. I have no cravings and I'm not binging. I'm super excited to see what I bring to the stage this time around. πŸ˜πŸ˜¬πŸ‘™

Worked up a good sweat starting off with some rowing. Definitely pushed it a bit more on my third go for a 10minute time with a 2minute cool down. Starting with cardio making me push a bit more as it just burns me out before I following rowing up with deadlifts lol. To finish off my chest day cycle we do some back moves to help get ride of that shoulder pain. Still can only do small sets of chin ups like this, but did it ever feel good on the shoulder to do. Need more chin-ups in my life it feels. My shoulder problem often reminds me that for ever push I do I must have a pull.
