Fruits DO NOT mix well with any other food group! Fruits should be eaten alone as a meal on an empty stomach.
Fruits (especially tropical ones) have digestive enzymes that help to clean out the residue left over from the food you've eaten the night before. Pineapple is a great fat burner and roto-rooter, scrubbing and cleansing its way through yourintestinal tract. Papaya has a number of medicinal qualities and has been proven to be an effective meat tenderiser.
Fruits travel through the digestive tract very quickly (within an hour) which is why it's so important not to eat them with any other food group.

👉🏾 Sweet Fruits &
With Food Combining, you typically NEVER want to mix any of the fruits with any other food group, and each fruit group should be eaten separately from one another. HOWEVER, you can bend this rule to a degree. .
🔥ACID FRUITS🔥 have the most fiber and are rich in antioxidants. Approximate digestion time: 20 to 30 mins
🔥Sub-acid fruits are 🔥
Approximate digestion time: 30 to 40 minutes
Grapes (Not Sweet Or Sour)

Are more concentrated and take longer to digest. They're not the greatest of cleansers, but do provide minerals and concentrated sugars. Approximate digestion time: 40 to 60 minutes
Grapes (All Sweet Grapes)
Acid & sub acid is ok
Sub acid & sweet is ok
Do not combine acid & sweet fruits.
