Ever find yourself completely strayed from what used to be a healthy routine? I have been going to bed way too late, waking up way too late, missing workouts and finding myself exhausted throughout the day. There seemingly aren't enough hours in the day. 😫 Holding myself accountable to getting back on track after this weekend's move though. How do you combat that overwhelming sense of having so much to do, with limited time and just being flat out tiiiied (tired lol)?
