It’s been an adjustment learning my way around a new kitchen after over 5 years in my last one. I feel like I’m finally getting into the swing of things though, so I’ve decided to make an effort to use my cookbooks more often. I don’t really have an exact goal...just to make 2-4 dishes or meals out of each one before I move on to the next one. I’ve been on an Indian food kick lately, so I decided to cook a few dinners from Entice With Spice. I’ve made a few chicken dishes and a few veggie dishes. Everything is pretty easy and it’s all been tasty. I’m going to transition back to American food with My Two Souths. It’s a fusion of Indian and American southern food. I’ve had it for a few months and have yet to try any of the recipes, so I’m excited.
