Challenging myself to raw foods only this week. #StuffedBellPepper Stuffing made from Spinach, Mushroom, Tomato, Celery, Carrot, Onion and bonded with Avocado. Oh yea, added fresh lemon and orange juice for some zest.
Yesterday was amazing! I filmed my 1st episode of Kitchen Vixen (posting finished product on YouTube monday)...and I also did a live broadcast on the Periscope app while I cooked. I had almost 200 live audience members from all over the world! We interacted, we laughed, I answered questions and even got some helpful tips!
