😕Made two questionable hero folds today #yesiamanit. What do you guys think of the line in general and the folds? As always, appreciate the discussions and feedbacks #studentofthegame:
🖐Hand #1: $5/5 NL $1k cap - Hero (TAG image, $2k) opens $25 UTG with A♦️A❤️️, Villain (LAG image, $1k) calls very quickly in HJ, Loose Passive player calls OTB, both blinds fold.
Flop ($85) T♠️3♦️2♦️- Hero cbets $50, Villain raises $145, Button folds, Hero calls.
Turn ($375) 8♥️- Hero checks, Villain bets $330, leaving $500 behind. Hero tank folds - not love having A♦️🙄.
📖Read: Villain is down about $2k and slightly tilted. Hero has seen Villain making big bluff with drawing hands. Villain seems to be quite comfortable in this hand.
🖐Hand #2: $5/10 NL no cap - Hero (LAG image, $2.5k) opens MP with 4♦️4♠️, CO calls, Villain (Fishy LAG stationary, $900) calls, SB (TAG, $1.5k) calls, BB calls.
Flop ($125) 7♦️4❤️️2♠️- All checks to Villain who bets $115, SB calls, Hero calls, the rest folds.
Turn ($470) K❤️️- All checks.
River ($470) 8❤️️- Hero vbets $250, Villain snaps all in for $760. Hero tank folds and Villain shows 7♣️9♣️.
🕰No history besides seeing Villain bluffed and played a lot of speculative hands. He did look extremely nervous and said yes when Hero asked "will you show your hand if I fold" 🙄
