HOW ✌🏻 . 👩🏼🍳 Eggs poached in tomatoes & sautéed red onion and loaded with all the flavours; garlic, ginger, paprika, turmeric, cumin, oregano & chilli flakes 🌶 Topped with fresh spinach & sweet corn 🌽 . ☝🏻Sauté chopped red onion in a little 1cal spray and add your fresh garlic and ginger👌🏻 . ✌🏻Stir in a tin of chopped tomatoes and add your herbs and spices 🔥 simmer for a few minutes and crack in your eggs 🥚 . 🤟🏻Cover and simmer for 5min.
