Here my barber and I are working on my haircut for nationals, as aforementioned my barber rates my haircut as the BEST in the country for my size, height and weight category.
I don't do cardio for my prep, I do strength training twice a day, with one fasted session in the AM and one fed/intraworkout session in the evenings.
