😃Day 7/28 Emotional Workouts😭 .
We all have those emotional workout days, they just can't be avoided.
The important thing is to let your body feel.
Working out is, in my opinion, the best way to get all those emotions out!.. It's a tough road through the workout, but it definitely helps!
I love the intensity of this program because, it's definitely helping me emotionally(even though it doesn't look that way in the picture 😩) .
I'm DONE with prep week!, week 1 OFFICIALLY starts tomorrow, and I'm pumped!. #corestrengths
