#holiday ready ! 😱🏄🏽♀️ What’s that suppose to mean for me?
Well, I got too far to mess up things, my plan, my body #shape.... I plan to stick to the plan even making #changes!
By now, I know my portions by eye so I can confidently sit in a #restaurant with my #friends and enjoy my meal without messing my macros too much, which doesn’t mean I won’t pass it a bit here or there , as holiday are meant to be enjoyed and have a relaxing time, so that’s why I stick to the plan to not have that voice inside telling me that I will have to start again or have a harder time when I get back!
I did also book a gym😂
Yup, I did book a gym for my holiday trip! 🏋🏼♀️💪🏾 I also enjoy #training so it’s not a hard decision to make, but I also planned to train by the #beach or have a jog under the sun light ❤️, created a 20min home/hotel routine that can keep me in check in case I don’t have time or fancy it!
And now it’s time to prepare the bags 😱😱😱
Do the check ins and wait for the day 😍
So my point here is making sure that I check #myself and how I would feel if I stick to the plan, even if I’m not as strict, Make sure that I feel better with myself before, during and after my holidays!
