What are your excuses??
•Is it the cost? Because If you think about it, monthly the programs are the same price as your Netflix subscription. It’s also cheaper than most gyms with no yearly fee.
•Do you THINK that you don’t have enough time? Most programs are only 30 minutes & there is a new program coming out that is only 20 minutes long! So what you do with the other 23 hours and 40 minutes of your day is up to you. 🤗
•Do you think you are too out of shape to do the programs? Most exercises have modified versions. Do what you can and then do a little more the next day.
•Do you lose your motivation fast? I use to, then I joined these Challenged Groups and I have people to keep me accountable. These people are in my shoes and give me motivation every single day. You are NOT alone.
