I didn't truly see results until I reminded myself that I am worthy of taking time for my meal prep and workouts. The #momguilt was a little rough at first but once I saw how genuinely happy I was and how I could better serve my family, it went away real quick! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Stop telling yourself you can't take time for what fuels you. Just because you're a Mama doesn't mean you can't also take care of yourself. And, if I may be frank, stop using motherhood as an excuse. I'm proof that you can wrangle toddlers and get healthy at the same time! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Anybody else have a case of the Monday’s today? I didn’t want to wake up, but did and got it done! 60 pounds total front loaded squats. Feeling accomplished! 328 estimated calories burned in 45 minutes of lifting legs, high intensity interval training, and of course some ab work. What was your workout today?

⁣ •Is it the cost? Because If you think about it, monthly the programs are the same price as your Netflix subscription. It’s also cheaper than most gyms with no yearly fee.⁣

•Do you THINK that you don’t have enough time? Most programs are only 30 minutes & there is a new program coming out that is only 20 minutes long! So what you do with the other 23 hours and 40 minutes of your day is up to you. 🤗 ⁣

•Do you think you are too out of shape to do the programs? Most exercises have modified versions. Do what you can and then do a little more the next day.⁣

•Do you lose your motivation fast? I use to, then I joined these Challenged Groups and I have people to keep me accountable. These people are in my shoes and give me motivation every single day. You are NOT alone.⁣

Does it suck that I'm not where I was physically back in May? Yes. But I'm also not where I was MENTALLY in May. I tried to do both physical and mental at the same time, and that didn't work. I took a break from putting my physical progress at number 1 so I could work on my mental side. And I have made some huge strides with how I view food! I'm ready to get back to my physical progress being number one.
