Can you build a butt at home? 🤔Absolutely! 🍑All you need is resistance bands and a bench/coffee table! People often use bodyweight exercises for glute activation, to wake up the glutes and get them firing before lifting heavy. This is great of course, but that doesn't mean that these exercises should only be seen as second best to the big lifts. High rep, bodyweight exercises have gained a bit of a bad rep recently 👎🏼 It's cool to deadlift and squat and hip thrust like a BO$$ but not so cool to do 50 bodyweight frog pumps in the middle of the gym 🐸😁 Don't discount resistance bands and bodyweight exercises, when done correctly you can build that booty! In my Body by MG guide, I include 4 optional Glute Pumper workouts, you can do them to finish off a workout, when you're on holiday and can't get to the gym or when you just want to stay home in your pyjamas 💁🏼 Because they are low intensity, you can do them everyday and you won't wake up sore the next day. Don't let these fool you, they will burn 🔥🔥🔥
1. Extended Fire Hydrant x30 each leg
2. Extended Donkey Kick x30 each leg
3. Reverse Split Squat x15 each leg
4. Frog Pumps x40
5. Feet Elevated RB Glute Bridge x25
6. Single Leg Feet Elevated RB Glute Bridge x15 each leg
Repeat circuit 3x

Dropping a quick #tuesdaynightabcheck . The crazy weekend in Texas didn’t hurt me too bad lol. Still working on my shrink down. I realize most guys have this obsession with being big and I have been many times. Then I realize I can’t breathe as well, I’m not as athletic, I start developing sleeping problems, and my joints get all screwed up. You also ask yourself who the hell am I trying to impress lol? Guy ego shit I guess. After awhile I decide it’s time to shift gears so that’s the direction I go. Currently headed that direction. Working my way down below 200 lbs. , about ten to go. Either way always moving forward because staying the same means you’re getting too comfortable. Have a great night my bad ass #fitfam

💢Binge alert 💢😰😖
Had a binge episode yesterday night. Ate bread and Nutella and was thinking I'll get the worse stomach ache today but curiously my stomach feels better. Who would have known.
Those food are bad and set me up for moodiness and failure from my goal so I am dusting myself up and getting back on course. I will wake up tomorrow and go back to my usual eating routine. I say tomorrow because I had bread today also but no Nutella this time.
One day fail not a week.

Okay, so I take back everything I said about @corepoweryoga sculpt being not as hard as I expected 😂😂 I did a HARD shoulder workout yesterday from @yourfitgirlem - literally DMd her after saying my shoulders were vibrating (I'll link it in my stories). I'm sore AF today so I planned to take it easy today in sculpt with baby weights, BUT something about the music in the room + the instructor challenging us all to level up made me grab the 8 pound weights, and push through that entire class. I definitely felt the heat this time when I slipped in my own sweat during warrior 2 - safe to say my towel was necessary 🙃

I woke up fussy this morning. I let some external stuff that I have little control over bother me last night so I woke up fussy!
I over analyze a lot! Myself in particular. I can tell you exactly what the cause, effect and response was that made me fussy.
So as to not fuss up a BEAUTIFUL day! I was determined to use my over analysis and mental strength to enjoy the day!
I took my fussy ass out trail riding to start the morning 🐴
Then proceeded to do my warm up in the sun soaking in some happiness for the day!
We have the ability to control our being! We can hope for the highest outcome from situations and must let go of the struggle over things we cannot control!
