Итак, а вот и рецептик подоспел 😋 Всё просто и вкусно, особенно когда на готовку не так много времени 😩
Ингредиенты:
1. Тунец консервированый в собственном (у меня ocean star)
2. Листья салата
3. Огурец
4. Помидор
5. Белки от яиц вареных
6. Лук зелёный
7. Укроп
8. Сок лимона (по желанию)
9. Оливковое масло
Приготовление:
Всё делала на глаз 👀
Всё ингредиенты нарезаем как вам удобно, перемешиваем в большой салатнице или тарелке, добавляем банку консервированого тунца (перед этим слить сок), поливаем лимонным соком и оливковым маслом. Добавляем соль и перец по вкусу. И снова всё перемешиваем. «Читмил» - это плановое нарушение режима питания. Чтобы делать читмил у вас должен быть составлен рацион питания , либо сбалансированный, но с небольшим дефицитом калорий, либо низкоуглеводный тоже с небольшим дефицитом, который вы собственно планово будете нарушать. Если вы едите все подряд, а в какой-то день едите все подряд + еще вкусняшку сверху- тогда это уже не чит мил, а безобразие 😅

кому нужен читмил ⁉️всем, у кого есть специально созданный дефицит калорийности. То есть ваш рацион отличается от "ем все, что хочу" и "ем здоровые и правильные продукты, но неограниченно". Читмил имеет смысл только при дефиците калорий

цель чит мила⁉️разгон обменки и психологический разгруз

что есть ⁉️выбирайте то, что больше всего хотите .можете побольше углеводов .Но все же выбирайте продукты не совсем низкого качества , не для этого работали над качеством тела , чтобы потом его захламить

В каком количестве есть ⁉️не бойтесь повышать калорийность , делайте хороший загруз !можете сначала поесть обычной еды , а на десерт взять кофе с любимым пирожным . Или же от души вкусно позавтракать 😅✊ а потом питаться как обычно . Вариантов много , делайте как вам УДОБНО.
Читмил должен быть запланированным , после него не должно оставаться чувство вины!но после него вы продолжаете режим и не нарушаете ПИТАНИЕ. ⠀
Как часто делать загрузы⁉️лучше не так часто как хотелось бы 😅 если чувствуете , что вот вот сорвётесь , то делайте . А так в начале активного похудения лучше всего воздержаться и делать хотя бы раз в 14 дней для достижения нужного результата. Если будете часто устраивать такие загрузы в неделю по несколько раз, то конечно же быстрого и хорошего результата не ждите.
А вообще старайтесь при похудении максимально отдавать предпочтению полезным продуктам и не думать о всяких вкусняшках. Сделайте правильное питание своим образом жизни, только конечно же не при ДЕФИЦИТЕ. Holy lats 😲 35kg x15 for 2 sets, continued with the last 3 sets on 30kg cos I was burnt outtttt. Back gains are always the nicest surprise cos you obviously never see them till someone films or points it out. Shoulders absolutely popping from the shoulder press just before this 😱

Treino, dieta, cardio, trabalho, filha, casa, entre outras obrigações, e mesmo assim a gente arruma forças para não desistir dos nossos objetivos.
Não é fácil treinar na intensidade que meu corpo aguenta, fazer aeróbico duas vezes ao dia.
Dieta baixíssimo carbo, e ainda ter forças para cuidar da casa, brincar com a filha e cumprir minhas obrigações como treinadora,
Como mãe e como mulher.
Porque falo isso? Muitas pessoas me mandam msg pedindo ajuda para “ ser fitness” para ter um corpo legal, ou voltar o fisico de antes da gestação.
O que posso dizer é que só depende de você!
Ninguém pode correr atrás do seu objetivo por você!
Não é atrás da tela do celular que você vai mudar seu corpo!
Levanta e vamos ativar 👊🏼

When I was little, I had big dreams. I never thought I would reach them. I didn't have any confidence. The relationships I sought out were not healthy. They damaged my self-esteem even more.

It wasn't until I got older and realized my self-worth that I really started to think more clearly. I began to realize I really can do anything I set my mind to. Then the problem became deciding exactly what I wanted to do.

Now, at 30 years old, I am finally 100% certain that I have found it. When I think of fitness, I think of LIFE. NOBODY can ever take your fitness away from you. It is yours to keep. It is your health. And to me, our health is what makes us truly wealthy. You can be the richest person in the word, but imagine having all that money and feeling like crap!😣

I don't know about you, but I will not go down without a fight. When I'm old, I will know I did my best with what I had. I will know that I did what I could for my body. And it will surely thank me.

So no matter what it is that you feel is holding you back, I can promise you that if you start taking yourself more seriously, you will learn to love yourself in a way that you never thought possible and when you find that confidence, everything else will just fall into place.

A healthy mind and a healthy body is all you really need to succeed. And of course our God above🙏 Everything else will just come. Stay strong and believe in yourself. I believe in you💙

It is NOT about knowing it all! .
It IS about trying & learning! .
Life is trial & error! Do not be put off from doing something because you do not YET know how to do it!
1️⃣ You do not need to go into the main weights room with the big boys/girls! Find a quiet place, grab some weights & take a shot! (Mirrors help)! .
2️⃣ Find what works for you! It is not a competition. Focus on what you need to do to improve YOU! (Trust me no one cares what you look like).
3️⃣ If it is motivation you are lacking. Take time to look for the right people to help you! There’s millions of Pt’s, Coaches & Nutritionists with a wealth of knowledge that can kick start your motivation and teach you, but also learn yourself! You will be told a variation of right & wrong ways! Be smart!
4️⃣ Listen to your body! If you are trying to work on your bicep & your calf starts to ache, re-think, correct, keep trying! You should feel the muscle you are trying to work on... well...being made to work!
5️⃣ Do it for the love of doing it! The challenge, the self improvement, the achievement, the learning. You are in control of what makes you happy!!!
