How insane is this transformation for ya?? The first is about 4 weeks and 3 days pregnant (the day we found out we would be welcoming baby number 3 into our family) and the third is 39 weeks pregnant (just one week before baby was born!). I was able to overlay the two to see just how much my body has truly transformed. Annnd see how kinda creepy it is that I smile exactly the same months apart 😝 .

In both cases...wow!! .

Let me make one thing perfectly clear right now. My goal moving forward is not nor will it ever be to "get my pre-baby body back". My body and WHO I AM has been forever changed. There's no going back, just moving forward. It's grown and birthed 3 tiny humans, and I wouldn't change that fact for the world. 💪 I am STRONGER for it! 💪😘 . 🌟 My goal is my overall health. 🌟 My goal is to regain my strength so that I am fit and ready to take on all of life's challenges. 🌟 My goal is to be a positive role model for my family. 🌟 My goal is continue to use exercise to cope with my stress and anxiety rather than with food or alcohol. 🌟 My goal is to maintain my sanity and identity in this crazy thing called "motherhood" in order to fight off baby blues and/or postpartum depression. 🌟 My goal is to continue to grow personally and professionally, and help empower others to do the same. 🌟 MY GOAL IS TO THRIVE IN MY LIFE RATHER THAN SIMPLY BEING A PASSIVE OBSERVER. .

Sure, weight lost will happen. But that's just a really fun byproduct of the transformation AND that for my overall health as well! Decreasing my risk of heart disease, reducing stress on my joints, lowering my cholesterol, keeping my blood pressure normal, etc. It's about soooo much more than a simple number on a scale 💖 This is for me. This is for my life. .

It's taken me 11 weeks to finish an 8 week program- but only 2 more days and I'm done and can finally get my FREE Tshirt!!!•

This one picture is very close to my heart. It just displays what I’ve done in 4 years. With 2-3 injuries, 2 surgeries, a million set backs, family issues, money crisis, business raising and falling and then again raising, hardships, starving, running, training, sacrifices, no vacations no cheat meals, no family gatherings, no sweets on EId, no modaks on ganpati,
Pain, soreness, sorrow and anger.
Every single thing I’ve put In in the past 4 years to reach where I am today.
Every single day of hard work, every single day of clean eating, every single day hustling.
My coach @mimoh.yuvraj my family and my friends have been everything for me and helped me for each and every problem that I have. Thanking god for all the courage he gave. And my mom for making me such a strong man as a kid. I’d be forever indebted with everyone and always be under their sacrifices.
If a guy like me can do it. You can do it.
