Saturdays are for breakfast. I don't practice my ashtanga on Saturdays so therefore allow a feast earlier.
Protein is my saviour. Since switching to a higher protein diet I've not only dropped bodyfat, I've found my mood is stable, PMS gone, skin amazing.. it goes on and on.
That and I've joined @thegymhubworthing and have started lifting weights. Witnessing family members having ops on hips and shoulders when it's not as if they're athletes and over used them, and then tearing my shoulder ligaments.. ive finally come full circle and I'm back in the gym. This skeleton won't hold itself up in my old age.. i need muscle.
Hence this gorgeous, SIMPLE feast of scrambled eggs, sour dough, pepper. Bish bosh.. in my belly.
