We all have our own strengths in general. Lifting weights isn’t my strongest trait, there is always someone out there stronger. I do believe that my strongest trait is helping people and leading by example. Not just with training techniques but also helping people find that inner strength-what I call “true strength”. When my clients have gone through tough times, from severe injuries to even personal matters, it’s my job to lift them up by encouraging them to have a vision of becoming better. To keep them focused on their goals, not on their downtime’s/failures. Reminding them to keep fighting and to never give up! To take it one step at a time and always finish strong!
