1000 reps total under 60 minutes-4 rounds, 25 reps each exercise per round. •Burpees (Full Burpees, 25 burpees each round) •Push-Ups (Women can do push-ups on knees) •Squats (ass to grass or hips lower than knees) •Diagonal Mountain Climbers (Left knee towards Right elbow then Right knee towards Left elbow for one rep, complete 25 reps each round) •Speed Skaters (you have to jump from side to side, not just step) •Ski Climbers (one rep counts on each side-left to right side is two reps, complete 25 reps each round) •Shoulder Taps (Tap Left Shoulder then Right Shoulder for 1 Rep, complete 25 reps each round) •Plank Jax (Plank on forearms. Jump out and in as one rep, complete 25 reps each round) •Left Side-Elbow Plank with Pulses (Down as low as you can and up as high as you can for 25 reps each round) •Right Side-Elbow Plank with Pulses (Same as left side) 🏆 Good job today!
