Took the new lifters for a burn this afternoon - was decent. 10x140kg in a hurry and 3x170kg deliberately slow. No complaints with either shoes or shorts. Red definitely goes faster. 😍
And new fish. And I'm mortified but my Guppies are not Guppies. They're Mollys. Shit, worst parent ever. Anyway, I have 3 more in the black tiger stripe and a Bristled Catfish now named Sylvester by my daughter. She's awesome, and so are my fish.

Despite battling bronchitis the big man @rokathletics was still able to push me to press a new PB of 285lbs. Lending me his elbow sleeves and wrist wraps made a huge difference. Wish I could have got it further under the chin but I’ll take it. Big things happen when you surround yourself with people much bigger, stronger, and wiser, than yourself. There’s something to be said about community and learning from the best.
The first video's dance moves go to my hubby @nunnernest because he encouraged me today to stick it out! Every Saturday is pretty tough to train for me because I dont get time during the week to see and cuddle my boy and lay in a bit...whatever that means haha!😂 But then I want to rather spend time with my family than train..and then I rather spend time with my fam 😎 BUT I also have to buy out the time if my weeks training didnt go as planned. Tried some of the tips from @chuck_squats to get a really fast kink into this two foot length of 1/2" rebar, but couldn't get it far enough today for the crush down. Bicep was feeling strained too after the rest of this morning's events, so I'll save it for next Saturday's comp. I'm ready for all my weights to reset next month.
