Join JY for a 60-minute Yoga Stretch class next Sunday, 23 April 2017 (11.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m.) at Yoga in Sync. JY will introduce a safe and gentle sequence that will progressively open up areas of the body that are traditionally prone to tightness, such as the hamstrings, lower back, shoulders, chest, inner thighs and hips.
This class is most ideal for beginners to yoga practice, as well as desk-bound office workers, athletes in repetitive motion sports, and gym-goers/bodybuilders looking to incorporate deeper stretches into their gymwork.
