TBT to Hawaiian days last week!
The other day I was telling my dad about how medicine has been stressing me out. He told me, "Aunna you are young. Enjoy life. Don't stress yourself out. That's one mistake I now realize I made." That helped put things in perspective for me. I tend to be very serious & stress myself out for small things. I've accepted that it's partly my nature, but there are ways I can balance it out. -----
I'm going to try feeling the lightness & joy in every moment today & when the negative thoughts arise I'm going to bring my mind back to the positivity that surrounds me. Who's with me for trying this all day today?!🙏🏻🙌🏻✨
