Stop messing around with all the different light weight fancy exercises and trying to reinvent the wheel and.... DEADLIFT some heavy fucking weight, do that for a few months, do it with effort and do it properly and see what happens.
Now, my back is far from where I want it to be.. I struggled and wasted time trying to build it up and rehab shitty shoulders because of my weak back doing all sorts of time under tension fancy shit and go get nowhere. Once I started to lift heavy weight properly and push myself with deadlifts everything changed and guess what, my shoulders feel better than ever 💪🏻
