Part of my journey is investing more in myself. I've heard such amazing things about @1stphorm and I've wanted to try their products for years, but their products are $$$. However, when I think about all of the money I've spent during binges, it's a pretty good trade off. I've heard fantastic reviews about their greens and digestion/gut health, and I found a delicious looking protein ball recipe for this protein powder (with no PB!) that I want to try out.
My goal this week is to get up early no matter how tired I am. Part of this journey of weight loss and anxiety is being more intentional and getting into a proper routine. Looking forward to my first early AM weight lifting session tomorrow! Hoping weights are going to be a game changer for me.
