DOH Axle Deficit Deadlift Raw w/no belt, no wraps, no straps, no clamps and no 20mins foot-corkscrew, vacuum-mouth prelift ritual. On a stiff bar.... Oh, I almost forgot the excuses followed by the bodyweight justification modifier.... Not my best, but I've been lifting all week and I'm pretty beat up. Heavy squats on Monday really took it out of me. And this has always been my worst lift. Aaaand I I couldn't find my favorite shoes so I had to do this barefoot. But I'm happy with it because I only weigh 315lbs, so its cool if I'm weak.... Boom, I think I nailed it! This is tough, I have a whole new respect for all the social media lifters now. This was tougher than actually lifting.
