So since my last post with one of my clients training, someone asked me if I ever do any of my own workouts since I rarely post myself. Hell yes I do them! I have or will do every single workout I put my clients through. But I can also modify the progressions to suit each individual as well. I love the challenge of coming up with fun but challenging mental and physical progressions. I like to know exactly what I'm putting my people through and it helps me to know potential sticking points so we can push through them together.
