@masonjones95 all weighed in at 155.9lbs for his fight on Cage Warriors 87 tomorrow.

We planned out the weight cut meticulously to coincide with the strength and conditioning program. Couldn't be happier with how Mason's preparations have gone for this fight.

Wins for @masonjones95 and @mmamendez10 at Cage Warriors 87 last night! A brilliant performance and submission by rear naked choke in his pro debut for Mason and a devastating KO in 9 seconds of the fight for Ryan.

I'm really privileged to work with such hard working and talented athletes. Back to it next week to work on the next challenge.

200kg x 2 & 202.5kg(double body weight) x 2 TBDL || Set myself a goal at the start of the year to get 200kg deadlift for reps by the end of the year and finally got there today with my two heaviest lifts since I started lifting almost 3 years ago.

Still not a lot in the grand scheme of things at all but for me it's a big milestone from where I started.

192.5kg x 3 & 195kg x 3. Two new PB's.
On to 200kg next week. Bit happy with that.

What size steak would like sir?..... "all of it"

It's strength week- hitting my 3rd workout of the day in my old lifting spot. 65lb Turkish get up looking sloppy with that right leg- I found an old/new favorite movement to work on! A bit under the weather the last two days but had a session to get in.
Went up to 175kg x 4.....felt good so tried a PB attempt on 185kg x 4 and managed to grind it out. Happy sunday
