7am: Brown rice, avo, ostrich steak tumeric. Vitamin D3, BCAA, L-Argenine
10am: As above except add Creatine
1pm Post training: As above plus Creatine and 3 hand fulls of organic raisins
4pm Post training second session: Brown rice, avo, ostrich steak, turmeric, and a serving of super greens.
7pm : 2 hand fulls of organic raisins
9pm: Brown rice, avo, ostrich steak, table spoon of peanut butter plus BCAA, multi vits and omega 3 fish oils
SLEEP, REPEAT, No booze....no gluten....no dairy
Training consists of 2 exercises super setted, either push/pull or upper/lower performing as many sets needed to get to 100-150 reps. Some days heavy...some light....depends on my mood. 2 training sessions per day. 1 day boxing. 1 day conditioning. I've shared....this means I'll do it.
