One of these lids is not like the others. Three lids have made the very gratifying "pop" sound and are hermetically sealed and can go in a cupboard for storage. I have no doubt the lid in the lower left corner (the one that still has a bump on top) will become an "innie" once the jar cools down. Canning only sounds intimidating. It is not. Some years, I don't even bother canning and simply store my jars of jelly in the fridge for the year. #canning#strawberrypreserves#orskipandeatitallquickly
