Day 23. I must be quackers. Today was due to be 1 mile slow, 3 miles quick, 1 mile slow to recover. All day I didnt feel like running today. Weather has been poor, rain and hailstone (which I managed to miss once again) as well as being cold. Legs felt very heavy and when I tried to kick for the quick section they just didn't want to go. I could even run at the same pace as i did on Sunday for my long run. .
Ah well. I guess I'm still in early days. Never before run a marathon. Never before trained properly. The only two events I've done I just rocked up at and run. Can't do that for 26.2miles!
Day off work tomorrow and a slow 9 miles scheduled. I much prefer the long runs so it should be better than today!
