I had a great morning workout!! Bright and early PT really brings it back mentally..Now, to only get back physically. I need to get my Afghanistan combat ready weight back at 190 pounds. I'm currently at 160 lbs.

I know it doesn't help running 5 miles all the time, but I can't shake that as a dedicated infantryman. I ran Alpha Squad and did the same routine, in Army PT for run days! Makes me wonder what they are putting in those MREs and military food? Might need to start buying cases lol🤣🙃 #combatvet #Stayfocused
