BASE: From Straddle Bat, keep legs strong and stable. Feet at flyer's hip creases and legs at 90. To help flyer reach their ankles in Bat, support their shoulders by hands pressing upwards.
FLYER: From Straddle Bat, baddhakonize legs (knees bent, feet pressed against each other. Extend arms and reach for ankles. Actively keep pulling knees apart and opening FLYER: From Straddle Bat, baddhakonize legs (knees bent, feet pressed against each other. Extend arms and reach for ankles. Actively keep pulling knees apart and opening the hips.
SPOTTER: Stand at flyer's back in sumo squat stance keeping hands around flyer’s hips for support. Check for alignment, be the voice of communication, and bring base and flyer back into balance when necessary.
