下世話に言うところのお買い得?・
お値打ち品?いずれにしても
1本29円はお安いですよね⁉︎

後日行った大型スーパーでは
4本で297円 (≒74円/本🤑)

This may not be caramel but it is still delicious! My Split Pea Patties are fantastic to make in large batches. Serve them up with a salad or stack them in a burger 🍔

Banana-free Fruit Fluff Strawberries N' Cream Bowl by @tropicallylina 😍

Recipe:
2 cup of frozen strawberries, shredded
4 Tbsp. of coconut cream
Boosted with:
1 Tsp. of dragon fruit powder
1 Tbsp. of pomegranate powder

How to make:
1. First I shredded my frozen strawberries in my food processor's top grater.
2. Pop all the ingredients listed above and blend away until its creamy! No need to add water, but if you must, sprinkle a little coconut water in there or coconut milk.
3. Assemble in bowl and top with coconut flakes, dried strawberries, frozen strawberries and dragon fruit balls.
Note 1: The strawberries melt quick in room temp. so if you don't work quick, you'll blend my turn slightly runny. You'll spot this when it's blending, it goes from icy thick to slightly runny.
Note 2: For the strawberries - if you buy them fresh, rinse then drain or dry and freeze them overnight in a sealed container or zip lock bag.
Note 3: If your strawberry doesn't taste sweet before blending it, then simply add coconut sugar, maple syrup, medjool date or sweetner of choice so it's not tart.

Is apple crisp with ice cream an acceptable dinner?

Buddha Bowl loving with tofu, radish, spiced cauliflower rice 💚tangy red wine vinegar red cabbage, Lemon Quinoa, baby spinach, and a tahini wholegrain mustard dressing 😍 The perfect fuel after my workout at @fernwoodfitness this week 💖 I bought two whole cauliflowers last week while they were on sale - riced them, steamed them, and froze them in 100g portions. Then they're perfect to grab and throw into porridge, or smoothies, or to use like rice in a million different ways. I use cauliflower to add volume or a creamy texture to foods. More food for low calories, plus an extra veggie, fibre and the satisfaction of eating more 🙌 Winning.
Arm day today 💪 So I wonder what combo I'll have today 🤔

соняшникова олія – 0,5 склянки
цукор – 3 ч.л.
приправа до моркви по-корейськи - 2 ч.л.

Сиру моркву помити, почистити та натерти на спеціальній тертушці. Змішати з оцтом, олією і цукром, потім додати приправу. Знову перемішати. Дати салату постояти й промаринуватися кілька годин. Смачного!🥕#eco_spices

Sourdough with mashed avocado, tomatoes and basil. Sprinkled with black salt and pepper. Eigentlich waren die Avocados für ein anderes Gericht gedacht. Aber dann kam immer etwas anderes dazwischen und letztlich waren sie dann so über den Punkt 😔, dass ich mit den verwertbaren Resten improvisieren musste... Ein prima #abendbrot !
