Buddha Bowl loving with tofu, radish, spiced cauliflower rice 💚tangy red wine vinegar red cabbage, Lemon Quinoa, baby spinach, and a tahini wholegrain mustard dressing 😍 The perfect fuel after my workout at @fernwoodfitness this week 💖 I bought two whole cauliflowers last week while they were on sale - riced them, steamed them, and froze them in 100g portions. Then they're perfect to grab and throw into porridge, or smoothies, or to use like rice in a million different ways. I use cauliflower to add volume or a creamy texture to foods. More food for low calories, plus an extra veggie, fibre and the satisfaction of eating more 🙌 Winning.
