Check out that stirrupless sitting trot. It’s always good to throw a couple laps of stirrupless into your warmup to work your inner thigh muscles. Try posting stirrupless for an even better workout. Your legs may hate you but after a couple rides doing it, it will start to come easier.
Riding Rocco (3/3) * * Rode star yesterday in the showjumping league. It went really well. We just knocked one down as we got too deep into the jump. The final is gonna be timed so hopefully he is not so tired and I was the 5th person to jump him. School was good today. Had a hair workshop so I got to try different hairstyles and then I had a talk about subject choices for next year. Also the 3k edit will be the next post.
