"Your work is going to fill a large part of your life, and the only way to be truly satisfied is to do what you believe is great work. And the only way to do great work is to love what you do. If you haven't found it yet, keep looking"
I saw this quote posted by another photographer, @reecechapman.co.uk and felt so inspired to share my story relating to this.
I became a full time freelance photographer in December 2016. I'm still relatively new to the game, even 6 months in, compared to others, but it's been the best choice I've ever made to progress my skills and broaden my horizons. I love working every second of my job, (apart from the admin!) and have met so many new people though it. I'm such a happier person being in so much control over my work life. It's tough work all round and not exactly all skipping over fields free as a bird, like, but it's just been incredible so far. It's taken so long to really find a settled place in my mind, and I'm pretty much there, all thanks to being my own boss. If you're trying to find your place in life, don't give up! Dreams can come true! If you're new here, introduce yourselves and tell me your stories. :)
