Hi guys, happy Tuesday! ❤️ So lately I've been I getting a lot of questions regarding how I stay so motivated. And to be completely honest, I think it just has a lot to do with my personality in general. I definitely have that go getter attitude towards life. But with that being said I still had my fair share of days where I wanted to go over my macros or considered skipping a workout, but I stuck to my plan and because of that I achieved a physique that I never even in my wildest dreams imagined having. So my advice for those who struggle staying dedicated to their goals is to first determine what's holding you back. What's stopping you from reaching your goals? Whatever it is, break past that mental barrier. You are strong enough. You really can do anything you set your mind to. I know I say it a lot, but it really just is mind over matter. Second, remind yourself why you set that goal in the first place. Whatever your goal may be, there was a reason you chose to try and reach it, so reflect on that. Finally, remember that it isn't always going to be easy, some days are going to be tough, some days you may want to quit. But I can promise you, if you just stick to it, those doubts and urges to give up will start to dwindle. As each day passes, you'll gain a new found confidence and before you know it you've exceeded your goal. You've reached something you thought you would never be able to attain. So don't give up. Starting Monday off strong 💪🏼 Shoulder day & some HIIT. I feel really good lately! But I know I can still improve in some areas. Yesterday I ate more "processed foods" than usual and my goals this week is to only eat two items a day max that are from a wrapper and focus more on Whole Foods/perishable foods. Throw it back for #transformationtuesday since I haven't done much lately due to my injuries. You can accomplish a lot in a little time if you focus on the right things and don't make excuses. Update on my fast - I'm officially fasting longer than my last failed attempt - 82 hours total now! I've decided to make it into 160hour fast since it sounded like a nice number 😂 and of course, to experience all the benefits 😊 it'll be almost 7 days, and I feel confident that I'll make it! 😊 I am feeling great, huger is still there but in mild form and the only side effect is that I miss food 😂 so purely psychological 😊 wish me luck, halfway to go 💪

#stretching #foamrolling #stabilityball and #dumbbells are all part of my #warmup. Now that I #stretch and do my #backstrengtheningexercises regularly, I'm almost certain that's the reason I've been able to stay active since October without re-injuring myself. However, I'm looking forward to #physicaltherapy tomorrow. There's a tightness in my back that I can't relieve myself 😒😔and it's causing issues. I just want these #backproblems to go away for good! How much consistency will it take? Did I set myself back by going on a gym hiatus?
