I haven't gotten to see my bug since the Fourth of July. With her internship and my job hours don't line up that easily some days. But after going to the movies, seeing despicable me 3, going back home eating enlightened ice cream watching the do over on Netflix staying up late just to wake up early for our lift. Just for that little bug to come back home with me to make me breakfast before seeing me off to work.. we clearly make the most of every moment. Distance ain't shit. My life is awesome.

Together, we hiked TUNNEL BLUFFS 🇨🇦 -

This is a beautiful intermediate hike located 40 minutes outside of Vancouver and the only tricky part is crossing the highway to reach the entrance. -

The panoramic overlooks Bowen Island, the Sunshine Coast, and south to Horseshoe Bay along the Sea To Sky Highway 👌🏽 -

We take precautions when we hike and bring plenty of water (plus some), snacks, hat, sunscreen, bug repellent, bear spray, bear bells, flashlight, extra socks, long sleeve shirt, iPhone charger, compass/map, and we always drop a pin 📍on Google Maps 🗺 and send it to someone that we are not hiking with and let them know approximately how long the hike should take (just in case something goes wrong). Better to be safe than sorry! After reading the Search & Rescue suggestions sheet on the trail, looks like we need to add a knife and medications to our backpack for next time🎒

I already lost 18lbs and cut up during #stillinit so for the next five weeks of #returntoolympia I have created a workout routine which will target at least one of my "weak spots" each day. My goal will be to build some mass in my weak areas by hitting then daily and increasing my carb intake during the next 6 weeks.

!New Training Plan! Designed by my boy Rich aka @thatisdiep. This type of training focus alot in overall strength and form. First day was leg day, as you see in the videos clips, my goal is 2-4 to reps with a ton freaking weight, 3sets in each exercise. Is freaking crazy how unbalance I am from each leg. This creates muscle imbalances which could lead to injury. So I'm glad I'm his lab rat💪👊👍. Progress pics coming up #returntoolympia

Let's talk HIIT! From my previous posts some of you may have noticed a slight disgust towards cardio... I never enjoyed it but I have learned to tolerate it. Regarding #hiit, I don't have it steadily on my programme but I have a few favorites to share with you. I usually use the rowing machine or the stationary bike, as due to my balance I am unable to run on a treadmill. I tend to prefer the rowing machine because I usually do my hiit in the middle of the week, a day before my second day, and I don't want my legs to be sore from the bike. So here are my favorites! 🥇🔝🔸 Rowing machine intervals: 10 250 meter sprints as fast as I can on max resistance, 1 minute rest between. 🔸Rowing machine time intervals: 1 minute as hard as I can - 1 minute slowly 🔸Stationary bike intervals #1: 12 intervals of 30 sec on full intensity - 30 sec on half intensity . 🔸Stationary bike intervals #2: 4 intervals of 3 minute standing and 3 minute sitting on the bike. There's 10 videos lol but I always get asked how I put on my shaper so I answered as many questions as I could. I am wearing my @bcouture11 purple shaper I believe it is a short torso and I normally wear long torso but it literally can work on any frame.
