Still here 🙋🏻♀️ I’ve had a few comments and messages lately of people telling me they missed my workout posts and videos. Here’s the deal guys...I never loved posting workout selfies and making workout videos daily but I did it because it was part of my job. I am a huge advocate of working out and exercise, still do 5-6 days a week, it’s just that now you aren’t updated on it daily...just when I feel like sharing. This is actually something that I’m happy about. It’s made me able to share more things about other parts of who I am.
Now I’m able to post about it when it feels right, when I feel inspired to, and about things that I am passionate about besides working out, like the brain, spirituality, and personal growth. I will always be a huge advocate for health and exercise, so don’t doubt for a minute that I’m not showing up every day.
