I recently lost 51 pounds. With that much weight loss I knew either my boobs or butt would be gone. Unfortunately it was my butt. 😩 I took pictures on vacation and I was so upset with the way my butt looked. I ended up tying the sweater around my waist for the rest of the pics because I hated the way my butt is shaped now. Its little and saggy. Sooooooooo, I will be doing a 30 day butt challenge if anyone would like to join me!
My butt has lost its fullness and muscle tone with my keto diet and cardio workout. But I’m determined to get it back. I will take a before and after pic of my results! All exercises will be weighted. I will do these exercises everyday for 30 days. I will be doing 2 sets of 10 of each exercise weighted. I decided to choose these simple exercises so that I will be consistent. I don’t want to do any of these crazy butt workouts you see Instagram models doing 😂 I will also continue to do a little bit of cardio by doing the stair master and running on a high incline on the treadmill.
