I didn't get my workout in yesterday - and as much as I know I could've beat myself up for it, I saw it as a valuable lesson instead:
Prioritize what's hard.
I forgave myself for the slip,
Made a commitment for today,
STUCK TO IT, and
Cranked it out FIRST THING this morning!
Life will never be perfect and
Neither will we... Since we can't change the past, we can only
Choose to move forward,
Honor our priorities, and
Create badass progress in the process!
