Meet twenty-one-year-old aspiring writer, Steve. An ambitious boy, who is ready to take on the world, that is living with a dark secret. The doctor just told him he has bipolar, his conservative family believe mental Illness is the work of the devil, and the last six months of his life, the genius was locked up in his room, battling with the demons in his mind, arguing with the voices in his head.
Today he just got out of the house, accepted that the medication is not the enemy but the cure. The targets for the day are simple. Buy new clothes, look for a job, get an interview and get the Job. When he bumps into Aisha Abdullahi, a young Nurse who is the mother and father of her family. She is caring for mother who has Parkinson's disease. She became the father to her delinquent juvenile brother the day their actual alcoholic father walked out, leaving to deal with the bad situation as she became the breadwinner of the family
The only problem is: Steve has fallen for her, and decides to pursue what his heart wants. She can't afford free time because her day is divided between work and home, and losing focus from that is her worst nightmare.
