Crossfit is just apart of my day everyday without fail it happens!!! It challenges me both physically & mentally & I’m addicted to its ability to make me a better human in everyway! However it’s important to keep learning & stepping out of your comfort zone this keeps your mind fresh and sharp..... it also makes you a better coach ☺️ Boxing is my time 3 times a week to zone out, listen to my coach and learn to be the best version of me! Typical a boxing session is set out like this......... 9min of skipping 9min of shadow boxing 15min of bag work 21min of pad work 15min core strength and body weight conditioning!
