睡眠不足すぎて回復が追いつかないので歩いてみた👣1週間に1回は6時間寝てるけど1週間に1回は42時間起きてる。笑 毎日身体がだるくてしんどかったけど有酸素してみたらすっきりした!
有酸素して疲れて寝る作戦にする。🚶‍♂️

Today was my long cardio day. I wanted a rest from running, so I used three different machines to achieve my goal. Started out with 20-mins on the Stepmill; speed/intensity on level 6. 30-mins spin cycling; avg rpm 88-92. And finished up with a 30-min hill interval in the treadmill. Incline range 5-15, while speed ranged from 3.8-4.5. Got the heart pumping with this cardio session. One more running interval then resting up for the American Hero 25k on next Sunday.

How to Perform ! 👇

First find the muscle
1️⃣Place your hand on the shin bone.
2️⃣Slide your hands off the bone towards the outside of the leg.
3️⃣Now you're on the Tibialis Anterior.
4️⃣Slide more to the side and you're on it!

1️⃣Place the ball on the Peroneal Muscle.
2️⃣Point the Toes down and away from you.
3️⃣Press with your other hand to add pressure onto the ball.
4️⃣Point the toes towards you.
5️⃣Now lift the toes towards the ceiling.
🔁Repeat.

Lunges with Dumbells 4 sets of 10 on each leg. Before we snicker that those are only 5 pounders (waaaa has 😢😢😢) let me explain. I am lightening up BIG time on the weights and trying a new approach. 🤓More sets and reps and less weight if any. The reason is that for the last month or so I have been hitting it HARD and trying to get back to my old PR’s. What suffered in the wake of that is my abdomen has NOT regained any strength Post op. (Cesarean end of January) In an effort to get my WHOLE body back on board I simply can’t act as though my core is fine when it’s really not. 🔆The core is the stability of the whole body. If that’s not strong, I’m setting myself up for further injury by trying to max out. 🌸Anywhooo.. life is a learning curve and this is one for me right now. I got a contusion during pregnancy just to the right of my naval and the right side of my abdomen is still swelling on & off. My incision is also still sore which who knows how long that will last. ❤️Basically I’m working with what I got and trying to get better at it with tweaks and switching it up.
