After several other back exercises at different angles, I love the dumbbell overhead extension! .
✔️I keep a slight bend in the arms to deactivate the biceps and stop the movement just above my eyes. ✔️On the return down in the eccentric, I pause at the bottom for that extra stretch without letting the load rest on the ground. .
✔️Fire the movement from the lats as the prime mover and it will really talk to you, as my body craves the stretch. .
