I've been obsessed with making this since seeing @rachlmansfield 's post last week. It's so easy to make, vegan and so delicious!
All you need is a banana, some peanut butter and some granola. I made such a mess in my kitchen but it was really fun trying to get all the granola stuck to the peanut butter. I also added some chia for a little extra and it worked great filling any gaps in the granola.
I'm busy preparing for my trip back to the 🇬🇧 and making this was a nice little de-stresser in between laundry, shopping and packing. Can't wait to see my family and friends but also feeling some anxiety about leaving Layla and flying. Have to make sure I have plenty of books, music and meditations loaded up on my phone.
