Waking up to this cozy bowl of turmeric overnight oatmeal w strawberries, banana, walnuts, @thecoconutcult probiotic yogurt & bee pollen 🤗
To make the oatmeal:
Add the following to a bowl: 1/2 cup oats, 1 tbsp chia seeds, pinch of cinnamon, 1 tbsp @vitalproteins collagen peptides, 1/2 mashed banana & 3/4 cup @popandbottle turmeric almond milk [leahsplate for 10% off]. Mix well, cover and place in fridge overnight. Enjoy in the morning!

For individuals with any digestive issues → smoothies with cooked fruits/veggies is one of the best things! Not only are cooked vegetables easier to digest but for certain vegetables it can actually increase nutrient availability. Plus the blending or pureeing makes digestion that much easier! 👍🏼
So if you love smoothies, try cooking your vegetables first! It can make a big difference. (You can then freeze them before throwing in the smoothie if you'd prefer!)


Tonight's smoothie is carrot with a tiny bit of sweet potato, cinnamon, cardamom, nutmeg, vanilla, @onceagainnutbutter sunflower butter, @vitalproteins collagen peptides, chaga, hemp hearts, coconut milk, and then I stirred in some coconut yogurt and topped with my FAVORITE chocolate bar (that happens to be locally made here in Minneapolis, score!) @kul_chocolate

How do you Glide?
This is one of my favorite ways to challenge my client runners. It's a nice variation from doing your typical planks. Muscular control of core and proper alignment is key to make this exercise effective. All the essential running muscles take a hit (adductor, abductors, glutes, flexors, etc. )
ULTRA runners you want this in your toolbox of core work!
Not to mention it's friggin FUN!

🍫choco-nut protein fudge bites🍫
These things are insane! 😱They're like fudgy little brownie balls full of protein, superfoods, and healthy fats 🙌🏼 I dare ya to just eat one 😉
Here's how:
• In a food processor, blend 1/2 cup raw almonds until finely ground, then add:
• 1 scoop of @rootznutrition chocolate banana nut protein powder (or any chocolate protein, but this is my fave)
• 1/4 cup nut butter (I used @wild_friends peanut cashew super butter😋)
• 1 Tbsp cacao/cocoa powder
• 2 scoops @vitalproteins collagen peptides
• 1 Tbsp melted coconut oil (or @bulletproof brain octane for an extra boost)
• 1/2-1 Tbsp vanilla extract
• 2 Tbsp milk or water
• 2 dates (soak in water for 5 min first, and make sure you remove the pit)
• 3 Tbsp of whatever flour/meal you have on hand. I used 1 Tbsp each of almond flour, flaxseed meal, and ground chia seeds; you could also use coconut flour. • You can also throw in more superfoods, like 1 tsp maca and 1/2 tsp cordyceps, and 2 Tbsp cacao nibs (I did).
Blend until a dough-like consistency is reached (it'll stick together in one big lump), roll into balls, and coat in cacao or cocoa powder. This makes 10-12 balls, depending on the size👌🏼These things make the perfect little snack or dessert! Enjoy, y'all!
