As you wait and reflect, since you know it has opened for you as well as others previously, what could be different now since you are truly ready? Is there not still a clear as well as visible path/avenue? Maybe there is something slightly wrong with the “function or control of the door” if it still has not opened and it has taken a very long time. Have you tried all options known? Yes. Have you contacted all those that may be able to assist? Yes. Have you continued to pray to God? Yes. Do you feel like giving up? Yes....DR. SASIE desires to encourage all today that have been believing, trusting and praying for something
even if it has already been many days, weeks, months or even years.

Cheat meals or refeed days! Whatever you call them, can be very beneficial to overcoming plateaus and more importantly good for your mood! Undoubtably diet is the hardest thing for 90% of the population, it can make even the most 'hardcore' gym goers throw in the towel. If your meal plan is too rigid or your calories are too low and you're finding it impossible to stick to then adding a cheat MEAL is probably the right thing for you. A very important hormonal response is leptin. This is a protein released mainly from fat stores and basically tells your body that it's had enough to eat, so you want to keep leptin levels as high as possible. The problem with dropping your calories too low is that leptin levels also decrease (almost immediately) and thus your brain keeps telling telling your body that it needs to eat more and cravings start to form. In addition to this your body will try and conserve energy by decreasing thyroid hormones T3 and T4 which help regulate metabolism, which is the reason why so many competitors experience massive weight gain after shows. Remember this is very much trail and error and using a coach is the best way to see if this strategy will work for you. Potatoes!! High in potassium, low in sodium and a excellent source of energy! Try different ways to prepare them to make life more enjoyable! Try this little recipe: Cut potatoes in wedges, pat dry with paper towel, drizzle with extra virgin olive oil, salt, garlic powder and Italian herbs. If you'd like you can sprinkle Parmesan cheese for extra flavour. Bake at 400 for 20-25min

Fitness professionals today lean very much towards an 'if it fits your macros' or don't push yourself too hard style of training. We're very cautious of people's emotional well being to make sure they don't over do it. While this may be suitable for some people, there is also something to be said for HARD AS NAILS WORK ETHIC! A no excuse approach to your fitness goals, yes even if you have a sore throat, a runny nose, a headache, a nagging injury etc. Sometimes a good old school approach is needed to humble yourself and push ahead.
