Please Read: Every year around this time there are always those people trying to get "Summer Ready" ⛱, thinking they can completely change their physique in a month or so. Even worse there are Trainers that try to capitalize on that by selling "4 week" or "6 week" programs lying to people, telling them that they can get in shape in such a short amount of time. 🙅♂️ As if the person is just going to adopt a new lifestyle over night.
One thing that I take pride in is always keeping it 💯 with my current and potential clients. When I have people ask me at the end of May "Can I get in shape by this summer?" I tell them flat out "No. You would have had to start back in December for that ⛄" I don't sell them on some fantasy or indulge the idea of a short cut. And if they're going to start with the INTENTION of giving up after a month I would rather not have them waste their money 💵 You will not go from "fat" to "fit" in 6 weeks, and anyone that tells you that is lying through their teeth. The reality is: 1)This is a LIFESTYLE change. 2) Unless you go on a crash diet (which is always a bad idea) You're only going to lose to about 4-5lbs of fat a month 3) You're only going to gain 0.5-1lb of lean muscle per month.
