How i got my body back in 6 months post pregnancy!
Finally,the much awaited and demanded blog has now been posted.
One of the toughest thing to do post pregnancy was to look in the mirror. Those beautiful curves had turned into fats and love handles.But after delivery i started losing weight rapidly too just the way i gained.
Here's how i did it :- 1) Ajwain water- After delivery, my mum use to give me hot ajwain water to drink. It has great benefits which i now realize. Drink only hot or lukewarm water for few days after delivery. It helps in cleansing the stomach thus clearing unwanted fat.
2) Breastfeeding- It's the best way to lose weight post pregnancy. I exclusively breast fed my baby for first 6 months and aim to continue till a year and above. it's a fruitful experience because it has many benefits for the mother and baby.
3) Post partum belt- After you deliver, try to wear a post partum belt during initial few days. Since your tummy shrinks fast initially it will avoid a saggy and loose belly. Also will help in back pain.
