Hello shoulders, hallo muscle definition, thank you for being here😋 .
Went to the gym today to do a very heavy booty workout that I planned out before going. It went great till half way through, then my quads decided to take over. So that was kind of disappointing. Also the smith machine wasn't free, as always🙃. After the half ass booty workout I made the choice to do shoulders. Great decision, because I wasn't planning on training them this week ( I'm going to do a full body workout Sunday, which is normally my shoulders day) and the workout went great. I really pushed myself and tried some new things. And helllloooooo shoulders. I really think that my arms and shoulders are becoming the best part of me (besides my amazing personality of course💁🏻♀️). Gets me really motivated!
