😂😂 Sexy Face! I always get asked if I ever fall off the bandwagon. ABSOLUTELY! Me falling off usually means I'm not eating enough, not that I'm eating like crap all the time. I definitely lost a little bit of muscle, but I certainly don't beat myself up about it. The past 2 months I was making sorry excuse bc I was so "busy" but at the end of the day, they are EXCUSES. I have been on point the past 2 weeks, not because I'm less busy, but bc I decided to shut myself up and throw all of my excuses out the window. I have been so GRATEFULLY busy, but I would feel like an absolute hypocrite if I were telling all of you to keep your diet clean and stay consistent in the gym if I weren't doing that myself. My right knee is feeling much better so I'm ready to push my leg workouts again and I feel SO MUCH better and have a ton more energy. Excuses really are useless...They really are. Don't beat yourself up about what you have or haven't done. That's in the past. What is today, this week, his month going to look like for you? Every day we have the chance to start fresh. LET'S WORK!
