Packed my lunch today! 👨🍳 Since I've been drinking my Ketones🥛
And doing intermittent fasting⏲
Breakfast and lunch are EASY!
I just take along my favorite Ketone pouch in my purse👜
Mix it with ice and water. 💧
41 or so calories, 1 net carb.
I'm NOT hungry most days and eat a late lunch (3 o'clock or so) and a late dinner (7 o'clock or so). I have saved tons of money💰
Not buying breakfast in the morning. Usually $5 plus.
Then a bad lunch - often $11 for a sandwich🍔🍟, chip, and $1.75 bottle soft drink!!!!! And often desert!🍫🍰🍦🍩🍪🍭 Now I eat protein 🍗🍖🍳🥓🍤
and lots and lots of veggies 🥗🥒🍆🍅for a meal.
And good fats 🧀🥑
And I don't feel deprived!
My weight is down,📉
and I'm feeling better than ever! 💃🏻 I didn't start out skipping breakfast and lunch
I was just never hungry
And felt so good
My body was FINALLY helping me achieve my goals.🏁
I have energy for the first time in forever!
